In Super Hexagon and Hexagon, there are six respective Ranks for each Level. They can be achieved by surviving certain timeframes without crashing. Once Hexagon is achieved, the Level is completed and the game advances to the next Hyper or Bonus Level. The respective achievement is also unlocked (if applicable).

The Point rank is instantly given on start of a Level.
The Line rank is achieved by surviving 10 seconds.
The Triangle rank is achieved by surviving 20 seconds.
The Square rank is achieved by surviving 30 seconds.
The Pentagon rank is achieved by surviving 45 seconds.
The Hexagon rank is achieved by surviving 60 seconds. Getting here will also make the player advance to the next Level.
